Error "access token provided is invalid or has expired" while requesting e-signatures in Acrobat

I am too facing the same error message when sending the document for signature. This is too frustating since no recent support is being provided on this issue. 

I recently purchased subscription for Acrobat Pro and Adobe sign by paying a huge amount and my main goal was to e-sign. I am able to e-sign but could not request e-sign to other users. Once I make request for e-signature I get the following error "access token provided is invalid or has expired".

Please help me as this is being a blocker and it has already been more than a month since I am trying to get a solution.

I tried nearly all the solutions from communtiy forum but could not find a suitable one.
