Looking at your package, the warning icons next to Premiere Pro, Audition and After Effects indicate a compatibility issue between those specific app versions in the package and the macOS version you are deploying to. Photoshop and Illustrator do not show warnings and should install without issue.
For deployments on macOS Sequoia and macOS Tahoe, Adobe recommends creating packages as a Flat Package rather than the traditional bundle style. This is the confirmed packaging format for these macOS versions and resolves installation errors that occur with the standard package format.
Please also click Update Package in your Admin Console to check whether updated versions of the affected apps are available, as newer builds may have resolved the compatibility warnings you are seeing.
