Error en la suscripción y el pago Perú

  • Estaba realizado la compra de suscripción anual, ingresé datos de la tarjeta se hizo el cobro normal y al final lanzo error pero si se realizó el cobro, intenté por segunda vez y sucedió lo mismo y necesito una solución al respecto me pueden ayudar

  • Are you trying to purchase the subscription using this same Adobe ID, or are you using a different one?

  • Are you looking to purchase an individual subscription for the Illustrator app, or are you attempting to buy a license under a Teams contract?
