Error in file synchronization

Hi, 

I hope someone can help me out on this.

I just installed Creative Cloud on my new Mac (MacOS Ventura), but for some reason the file synchronization fails. I can't even find the 'Creative Could Files' folder (it doesn't exist).

As you can see on the screenshot, it says that there is an error, but all settings are ok. So why doesn't it work?

(as it still works on my old computer...)
