Error in viewing tasks

One of my customer is seeing an error on both browers - edge and chrome. He is unable to view tasks for a Project where he himself is the Project owner. It's bizzare because we have tried logging in as him and are able to see the tasks, updated his access level, but still no change in the problem. Has anyone else faced any similar issue and can guide me?

Hi @Aakanksha Joshi if you can view using their account but they cannot - it may be an issue with IP or domain blocking on their internet connection. Have them check and white list the following
