Hi,

Which version of Adobe apps are you trying to install? What is the version & build of Windows OS installed on your machine?

The error in the logs indicates that some of the operating system requirements are not met which is why the installer is failing.

Please check and confirm that all the system requirements are met for the specific products you are trying to install, see: Adobe Creative Cloud system requirements.

The version of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app installed on your system is not compatible with the installer UPSers.
