This error occurs when the certificate expires, your school/university uses Google Federation for SSO (single sign-on), and the SAML certificate expires. Please contact your IT/Creative Cloud Admin to get this resolved. To know how to contact your admin, see: https://adobe.ly/3V6Uo9G.
