I have created new VIP for my customer , when I add product the system show error below :

Please see help me , what happening with this VIP .

Hi Nhu,

Same issue over here. I'm a reseller too and we can't add any CCT products anymore.

"Purchase authorizations of this type cannot be created at this time".

I guess this issue is related to all new and existing accounts who have been switched to the new Admin Console.

Any solution for you yet?
