Error when creating password, then now i'm temporarily disabled

Hello, I tried to verify and login for the first time using my school's email as I've been given access through the school. However, when I am trying to enter a password, it immediately redirects me to the error page as seen in the photo below. After trying a few times, I am now temporarily disabled and asked to contact support. Can someone please help me, I am super lost! 😞 Thank you!
