Error when deleting an user from Teams and recovering backup

I deleted a user from the admin console, tried to make the backup as usual, but received an error message accompanied by an email indicating that the backup could not be performed. As I was told, I tried to make the backup again but I can't because the user appears active in the user list but when I click to delete it gives me an error because it is already deleted. In short, the user is deleted, it appears as active but I can't get it backed up.
