Error with Adobe Installer

Question

I was invited to join my company's creative cloud with access to InDesign CC.

When I click the download button, an error message pops up stating:

There was an error with this action. Try again later.

870a65cc-eb8d-4218-8d93-28877dd1a206."

I have been on the free trial of Photoshop, maybe while setting this up the configuration affected my ability to install InDesign?

Please advise on how to fix this issue.
