ETLA / Creative Cloud Packager - How to recover Enterprise Licence Key ?

Hello,

My company just sign ETLA contrat.

I downloaded all packages necessary from "Enterprise Dashboard Manager" website.

I download & installed "Creative Cloud Packager" to customize each package.

To make each package, CCP application request an Enterprise licence key but i dunno how to recover it.

I follow the creation package instruction that it tells me to go to LWS Website

This website doesn't identify me and i am blocked, if i click on Connexion button, nothing appear.

Could you tell me how can i recover an Enterprise Licence Key to be able to deploy Adobe CC application please ?
