ETLA subscription not working

I am currently with ETLA subscription with my current Adobe account but I keep getting the trial version of apps instead of the full version, is there a way to fix this?

Can you please shed some light on licensing method which you are using? We provide serial number license and named licensing under ETLA program. Both are described here : https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/packager.html?t2
