Everything is deleted after being to late to pay

Hi,

We are a bit to late to pay adobe so they decided to delete the account and everything that comes with it,

all my presets, actions, cloud files..

We had to make a new account and install everything again.

But can I still retrieve my files?

Why did you make a new account? Of course it won't have access to the things in your old account. Adobe keep the files in your old account for a while, but will eventually delete anything over the free limit. You are left with a free plan on the old account. Why do you say Adobe deleted it?
