excessive battery drain from CCXprocess.app on os12.1 with M1 chip

Hi there

I have anew MBP 16" with M1 Max chip.

The battery is draining in 3 hours and it seems the culprit is the CCXprocess tool.

I tried to use the log collector tool but it wont install properly as the privacy setting wont allow it to save to the desktop and no matter waht I do I cannot enable it.

what can I do as I can't seem to force quit it either.
