Hi, 
Our company changed name and therefore our email addresses and logins changed too. Since then I am unable to use Indesign and keep getting the attached error message. We work with Creative Cloud.

Problems solved. It was an update that did not want to update properly and our IT helped me. I can't explain more. I don't really speak tech.

I suggest logging out and removing the credentials as shown in the third section of the following document, then logging in to Creative Cloud Desktop once again:

What kind of licenses do you use on the machine(s) and how many are affected?
