Explicit proxy server

My ICT department uses an explicit proxy server. They have confirmed the following exceptions have been made:

  • ccmdl.adobe.com:80 
  • swupmf.adobe.com:80 
  • swupdl.adobe.com:80

and updates still do not work, with an error code 117 at 7%.

 

Does anyone know if Creative Cloud can work on an explicit proxy server and what any settings may be?
