Extension Manager CS6 not loading what should I do ?

Hi All CS6 Users ...

I bought thru Enterprise less than a year ago  ... could not load to my new HP tower any of the Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium, then was given to Adobe Tech in India - after 3 days(evenings) they remotely loaded everything ... what I did not realize at that time was the Extension Manager did not load properly.

I find now when I try to access Extension Manager .... it just sits in a perpetual load

Suggestions ?
