Extract in Dreamweaver

We are part of a consortium of schools that have an Adobe Enterprise license.  I was give an account that I use to make my packages and install my software.  Unlessm I logon as my admin account I cannot extract from Dreamweaver.  This is in a lab environment and  I am not comfortable giving my credentials to students.   Because we use guest accounts me just logging into the software doesn't seem to work I have to logout and then log back out to fix the issue.   How do I go about getting it where we can extract and not be logged in as me.  Do I need to have the owner of the license (not our campus) go in and create another account?
