bonjour, 

 

je n'ai jamais vous voulu m'abonner à créative cloud 592.47 euros pris d 'office par adobe

comment faire pour qu'il me soit facturé uniquement que mon abonnement adobe Pro

et de plus je ne peux pas télécharger le logiciel que j'ai acheter adobe pro

    open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

    if you started a trial it automatically rolls into a paid subscription.
