Fail to access online storage (new business account)

Dear All,

I've assigned a new user license in order to use Adobe Acrobat DC. But when he click the creative cloud icon it complain cannot access online storage, also I think why he cannot request signature from his supervisor because the document cannot upload to cloud.

I've re-installed the Adobe Acrobat DC but still got the same result, any idea how to fix this?

Creative Cloud storage is available under All Apps/CC apps plans, but not Acrobat.

You'll need to create a new profile to enable and assign the proper usages.

Is this only with one account or are there more accounts? My first guess would be the firewall blocking a range of required endpoints: Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints
