Failed to open the ExceptionInfo file handle(80)

Question

I am attempting to load Captivate using the Creative Cloud Package installer (https://www.adobe.com/go/ccp_installer_win). I have the license information but the product is not installing as I am receiving the following error conditions.

/5/2016 11:55:22[INFO] AdobePackageBuilder - Logging Level verbosity Set to 4

4/5/2016 11:55:30 [WARN] AdobePackageBuilder - Failed to open the ExceptionInfo file handle(80)

4/5/2016 11:55:30 [WARN] AdobePackageBuilder - Failed to properly create the exception information file

Any help would be appreciated.
