Fatturazione Photoshop e programma bloccato

Buongiorno,

siamo un azienda,

abbiamo scaricato ed installato Photoshop 2 mesi fa.

abbiamo aderito al piano di pagamento.

abbiamo ricevuto già due fatture maggio/giugno - giugno/luglio e pagate.

Il programma mi dice che è terminato il periodo di prova e non parte.

A quale santo ci dobbiamo rivolgere, visto che l'assistenza clienti è inraggiungibile quella in chat non capisce il problema?

Hi there,

 

We reviewed the email that you have used to post here and found that Photoshop is not included in your Teams license, But is included in your Individual subscription, To switch between individual subscriptions and Teams subscription follow the steps mentioned below:

 

To switch between these account profiles: Sign out and sign back in. After entering your credentials, the Profile chooser will display. Select the profile of your choice.
