Feature Request for License Duration Management and Usage Tracking in Adobe Admin Console

Dear Adobe Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

We have been consistently leveraging Adobe products across our organization and greatly appreciate the powerful capabilities and user-friendly interface the Adobe Admin Console provides for managing our users and licenses.

As our organizational needs grow, we would like to kindly request the addition of the following features to further enhance the license management experience:

1. License Management by Duration

It would be extremely helpful to have a feature that allows administrators to manage and monitor licenses based on their assigned duration (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly). This would enable us to better track expiration dates, renewals, and optimize license usage over time.

2. Usage Tracking for Assigned Users

We would also appreciate the ability to track usage data for licenses assigned to individual users. This could include login frequency, last active date, or any other usage metrics that help us understand how actively each license is being used. Such insights would assist us in making data-driven decisions when allocating or reclaiming licenses.

We believe these enhancements would significantly improve license optimization and provide valuable transparency for administrators. We appreciate your continuous efforts to improve Adobe's enterprise tools and hope you will consider our suggestions in future updates.

Thank you for your time and support.

At this time, the Adobe Admin Console does not offer the ability to track individual user activity within Creative Cloud applications, such as frequency or duration of use. However, I will share your feedback with the relevant product team for consideration in future updates.
