Feature Request: Inactive Users Tab in Enterprise Console

Hello!  I'm not sure of the best place to share this, so I'll try here since it didn't seem to fit any other feature request forms provided by Adobe.

In the administrative console, there is an area under Storage that lists Active and Inactive Users.  The Inactive Users tab has an interface that would be much improved by making these simple changes:

(1) Ability to filter or search this list (e.g., by username and folder size would be so helpful)

(2) Ability to see how many pages of inactive user data there are in the entire account

(3) Ability to pull and download a report of ALL inactive users (a list)

(4) Ability to bulk share selected files with one account for asset transfer

If these features are available somewhere in the console and I'm missing them, please do let me know.  Thank you.

Hi @CD5FC5,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. At this time, the following features are not available in the Admin Console:

The ability to filter or search the list (e.g., by username or folder size)

The ability to view the total number of pages of inactive user data across the account

The ability to generate and download a report listing all inactive users

However, regarding your fourth request—the ability to bulk share selected files with one account for asset transfer—this is supported if your organization is using Adobe storage for business. Since your organization owns the user accounts and associated content, you can transfer assets from a user's folders to another user when the original user leaves the organization or their account is deleted. For detailed guidance, please refer to the following documentation:
Asset Reclamation Guide

We appreciate your valuable feedback and will share it with the relevant teams for consideration. Input like yours helps drive continuous improvement of the Admin Console experience.

Thank you again for your patience and for contributing to the community.

Regards,

^AN

Thank you.  This article unfortunately doesn't apply to our organization.  I've been back and forth in support tickets about this, as I have users who are interested in retrieving their assets after they have left our organization.  Unfortunately, when our users are "disconnected" from the system, as it turns out, they cannot be repatriated with their assets based on our configuration.  I can work internally with our teams to make adjustments; however,  the inability to search for inactive users is further complicating this process, which is what prompted me to post the request of additional features to be available in this tab.    If simple search functionality could be added to that tab, it would make it a LOT easier to relocate files associated with specific users.  Thank you for your time and for your input.

Hi @CD5FC5,

Thank you for the clarification and for taking the time to share these important details.

Your point about the lack of search functionality in the Inactive Users tab is well taken. We agree that being able to locate specific users easily or view associated data could significantly ease workflows, particularly in complex environments where internal adjustments may still be required to improve asset handling.

I will share your feedback with the relevant product teams for consideration. We greatly appreciate your input—it plays a vital role in helping us improve the Admin Console experience for enterprise organizations.

Regards,
