Feature Request: Usage Reporting and Last Access Data for Users in Adobe Admin Console

Hello,
We would like to request the implementation of a reporting feature within Adobe Admin Console (or other relevant management tools) to track user activity and product usage statistics.
Specifically, we need the ability to view when each user last accessed their assigned Adobe applications and to generate usage reports to support license optimization and compliance reporting for enterprise environments.
This functionality would greatly simplify license management for organizations with a large number of users and subscriptions.

Could you please help us with this?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi @LICENSE TEAM,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns regarding Adobe license management.

At present, the Adobe Admin Console does not provide functionality to track individual usage of Creative Cloud applications, including details such as frequency or duration of use by licensed users.

We appreciate your feedback and will share it with our internal teams for further consideration. Thank you for helping us improve our products and services.

Regards,
^AN
