Federated ID's showing as disabled with azure intergration

Hi guys,

I did not do the intergration myself but until relatively recently it has worked fine since then some student accounts from our college show as disabled under federated ID's.

We have a group in our AD that should sort things out from there but a few issues have started to show up.

The thing is that making a new account such as studentname.adobe and putting it into the group works but I don't want to have to make students multiple accounts as it only confuses things.

Thanks for any suggestions in advance

Anthony

There are multiple factors that could be causing the issue like, the users are not the part of the group which is syncing, the username in Adobe admin console and in Azure is different, or they are having different domains in Azure and Adobe admin console like onmicrosoft.companyname.com.

So... what are the factors if 1. The users ARE part of the part of the group that is syncing? But their account isnt being created? Or The username in the admin console is the exact same as it is in Azure? Or they are all on the exact same domain? Seriously though give us some ACTUAL things to look at and try and troubleshoot....

I've just noticed the same issue myself, but so far haven't found a resolution. I did see Adobe broadcast some updates over the last few days - is this a coincidence..?
