Federated ID sign in problems

We have federated IDs set up but sign in is currently only working for a test account and doesn't work for every other user account. For other users, the message shows up as 'Error "another user is currently logged in" ' or 'Another user is currently logged in. In order to sign in, please clear your cookies and restart your browser."

The errors messages seem to rotate back and forth for all users.

Where are the Error logs located for Adobe Federated Sign in? I'm unable to pinpoint where the problem could be.

You can access the error logs on the Enterprise Dashboard under the Identity tab - click on the hyperlink for your domain.

If the issue persists please take a SAML trace and open a ticket with support. Go to the Enterprise Dashboard Support tab.

Configure Single Sign-On in Adobe Enterprise
