Hi @sherileeg78920529,

Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, it appears you are looking to set up Single Sign-On using Okta as your identity provider. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with. I have also checked and can see that you have an active enterprise contract associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query.

For configuring Okta for use with Adobe SSO, you can refer to the following documentation:
https://adobe.ly/4a4ZRpI

Below is the workflow you will follow to set up directories and domains in the Adobe Admin Console as part of the SSO configuration process:

Create a Directory
Begin by creating a directory in the Admin Console. This directory will hold users, domains, and authentication policies. It functions similarly to LDAP or Active Directory.
Claim Your Organization’s Domain
Generate the domain-claim token from the Admin Console.
Share this token with your DNS administrator so they can add the required TXT record to verify domain ownership.

Verify Domain Ownership
After the TXT record is added, return to the Admin Console and complete domain verification. Once verified, the domain can be used to set up enterprise user accounts.

Configure Authentication Settings
Set up authentication based on your organization’s requirements. This is where you specify how users will authenticate through your identity provider (Okta).

Link Domains to Directories
Assign each verified domain to the appropriate directory. This ensures that users receive the correct entitlements according to your organizational structure.
