Hallo,

Ich habe einen neuen Laptop und würde gerne ein paar Adobe Programm installieren. Photoshop hat super geklappt. Premiere, After Effects oder der Media Encoder brechen nach 1 % Installationsvorgang wieder ab.

Woran könnte das liegen? Die Anforderungen sollte der Laptop alle erfüllen und ín der Cloud steht auch bei den Apllikationen, dass der Computer die Anforderungen erfüllt.

 

Ich bitte um Hilfe.

Kindly share a few details so that we can isolate the issue.

> Operating system (version)

> RAM

> Graphic Card

> Application you are trying to install

> Using a creative cloud desktop app or a package for installation.

Hi,

The installation of the Premiere Version 13 was successfully.

The newest version not.

 

Details:

Operating system: Windows 10 Version 1803

RAM: 16 GB

Graphic card: Intel HD Graphics 4000

I use the creative cloud desktop app

What type of Creative Cloud membership are you attempting to use, Alex?  There is no membership associated with the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.  If you are attempting to use an individual membership, then the computer will need access to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html.

Alex, I am sorry, but there is no Creative Cloud membership associated with the e-mail address you sent to me via private message.

 

For your next steps, please contact your organization's Creative Cloud admin, so they can assist you with accessing the membership and resolving any configuration errors that are preventing the download and install process from completing.

Genau das habe ich mit den setup.exe gemacht.

Komisch ist ja, dass ich Photoshop installieren konnte und die anderen nicht...
