File Auditing

Hi Guys

I run a digital agency and my employees have been given licenses to use for work purposes. Is there a way for me to audit/view what they're working on, on a monthly basis, so I can make sure that the licenses are not being used for personal use? If cloud-syncing is paused and documents are not kept on the cloud, they could get away with it right?

Hello,

The tracking of license or application usage is not available in the Adobe admin console. As an enterprise, you can get information on how end-users are working with your assets, such as folders, files, and libraries by checking the content logs. Here is the help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/admin-guide.html/in/enterprise/using/content-logs.ug.html
