File keeps reappearing after being deleted or archived.

I'm on CC shared space with a several other users. A particular file keeps reappearing  every time it's deleted or archived. I've tried removing it both locally and from the CC web interface. Please help! It's leading to confusion on my team.

    Is it possible you are looking at an older version of your file?

    If the issue persists I would advise opening a case via your Enterprise Dashboard support tab or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - Contact Customer Care. We would need to look at logs to see details of what is happening.
