File sync errors on Creative Cloud

File syncing error happening for a week and a half now. Cant seem to fix it. We tried all the suggestions such as pausing and starting again; looked in every folder on the cloud for anything odd in file names; quit and started CC; deleted trash from Libraries; quit Core sync in the Activity monitor. Files still don't sync. Escalated to Adobe and still no solution. Possibly a problem with our licensing? who knows.

 

Anyone else having this issue? or suggested solution?

reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
