Files somehow in a personal profile instead of business profile and can't access them.

A few weeks ago my files cloud files somehow got placed in a "personal profile." My personal profile does not have any paid subscriptions in it according to PS. My business profile has a full paid suite as we have a coporate account for all employees. Now I can't open any of my files in photoshop or the other softwares because it says I'm not a paid subscriber. 

Please help. I can't work without access to hundreds of files that are stuck in this personal profile. 

I have tried sync and download options for the files the files but it won't let me do anything. I can see the files, but can't do any actions on them.
