Fiz a troca de plano e não recebi um reembolso pelo proporcional na troca

Quero reembolso proporcional do período não usado do plano anterior após a troca. O bot não responde nada sobre o tempo, não achei nada no FAQ. Aguardando suporte. Tinha plano pessoal e mudei para profissional

Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

Please note that you will need to cancel your individual subscription. Once it’s canceled, you will receive a refund for the remaining duration of the plan within 3–5 business days. You can check this document for steps to cancel your individual subscription:

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Please follow the steps below to cancel your plan:
Select Manage plan for the plan you want to cancel.
Click Cancel your plan.
Review your plan details, then select Continue to cancel.
Choose a reason for cancellation, and select Continue.
Review the cancellation details, then select Confirm cancellation.
