Freelance licenses

I manage 42 licenses of Creative Cloud for Teams and we have a number of available licenses.  We have a Mac computer that we reserve for freelance help when we need it.  We don't always use the same people and they don't always get an email address.  How can I load the software on the computer so it is available to any freelancer than comes in to do work for us?
