freeze a subscription

We bought an annual subscription from the company.
The employee never went to work and now no one uses his workplace and license.

Is it possible to freeze a subscription, and when it is necessary to renew?

I would like to inform you that there is no option available as such for Freezing payment. The invoice is generated for Total number licenses purchased and irrespective of the status of the licenses if in use or unused. 

 

If you do wish to keep the license(s), you may Cancel the license and refer to :  https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html 

 

If you wish to cancel a teams subscription, please click on "Contact Us" option mentioned in the above help article next to the heading "Cancel a teams plan".

      In this link there is no information about the freezing of payment for the remaining period. Payment for an unused period is refunded or remains until the renewal of the subscription?
