Frustrated Customer Needing Help Selecting The Right Products

We are needing immediate assistance, without sales pressure, selecting the correct products for a MAJOR national level project requiring products that are HIPAA and HI-TECH compliant. This includes patient portals, document signatures and more. Does anyone have a connection to an Adobe Enterprise Product Specialist that can connect with us to assist us? I have tried phone support but get transferred all over the place as no one seems to have an answer for us. We know Adobe has a solution for what we are looking to do, we just can not find someone who can help us. A central point of contact is what we need. If you can assist, please let us know!
