Generative AI credits balance no longer visible on my Creative Cloud enterprise account page

My college has an Adobe Creative Cloud enterprise educational license that comes with at least 1000 generative AI credits per month according to your FAQ (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/generative-ai/generative-credits-faq.html). Previously account holders on our license could seem their generative AI balances from their account menu. Currently, we see a vague warning that there are daily AI generation limits, with a call to upgrade that links to this FAQ. Our users are justifiably confused -- what are these daily limitations? How can users view their balances?
