Hello. We are using Adobe Enterprise Plan. Photoshop Ai is not working. What can we do?

To enable Adobe Firefly (Photoshop AI) for your team, please contact your system administrator. They can adjust permissions to ensure the necessary access.

Here are the steps they can take:

Access Product Profiles: In the Adobe Admin Console, go to the Products tab, select the relevant product or offer, and click the View Details icon next to the product profile name.

Enable Services: In the profile details, they can enable or disable any service associated with that product profile, including Adobe Firefly, to provide the correct entitlements.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

When you say, "not working", what are you seeing/what is Photoshop saying? Depending on what is happening, the issue might be that your organisation administrator has to grant you access, or there could be a system or network problem impeding it.  Please provide more details so we can help.

Your system administrator will need to manage your access to generative AI (Firefly) functions through the Enterprise admin console.
