Getting access to Adobe Analytics API

Hello, 

 

How can I get an Adobe Analytics API access (ie. creating an app using Adobe Analytics API) without having an Adobe Analytics subscription ?

I need to do some reports using those data for some clients, and would need to use the oAuth authentication to access the data.
