Getting product license

Has anyone had an issue getting a license? I have been trying to get our VIP account license renewed since March. The renewal ran out and I had to add a new license to the account so that we can use Adobe products. I have called and been in email contact with our Adobe account rep and still not resolved. It runs out again tomorrow and guess I will just have to add new licenses again to the account.

 

Any help or thoughts?

Thanks. I get a message that we have some unpaid licenses and to place an order with our account manager. Which is the real issue we are having. Just can't seem to get help on getting a license. I can call, email support, and emailed our account rep, and nothing. Just always get they are working on it. I came here to see if someone from Adobe would see it and help. Never have I ever had this hard of a time tring to pay for something.

Unfortunately, you'll never see an Adobe rep for the VIP program in this forum.

And the great majority of users here are not Enterprise users.
