Giving others access to team accounts

I just opened up a Team account and added two staffers' email addresses. But when one of them goes to sign in, she can't find the team. What do I tell her to do?

    First of all, kindly confirm if you have Purchased 2 Teams licenses and assigned the licenses to the 2 staff?

    If yes, than I would like to inform you that once you assign your Team licenses from the Adminconsole, the users receives the "Welcome Email" from Adobe and since the license is registered to the end user's email address, the end user needs to Click on the "Get Started" link on the Welcome email sent from Adobe.

     

    Also, I would like to inform you that the users are assigned the license do not have the access to Sign in to the Adminconsole and view the Team license details. The users receives the Welcome email and has the access to use the products from the Adminconsole.
