Good Morning I bought the package premiere pro, made the payment. already received the proof of payment, and when I enter the creative cloud with my account I can not download the premiere says expired trial, as can now download the premiere?

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    and try again.

    Já tentei não dá,

    efectuei o pagamento recebi a factura , já não esta em analise, quando clico para começar diz
