harddrive crashed using CS6

My harddrive has crashed on my dell computer and now they have sent me a different harddrive but I don't know exactly how to retrieve all of my CS6 software before sending in my old harddrive. I want to erase my entire harddrive but I need my software off of the computer.Deployment for Creative Cloud for Team, Enterprise, & CS​
