Have to enter serial number and register every day to use Acrobat XI STD.

Every day. Every single day. I have to enter my Acrobat XI Std serial number and register the product to my username.

Every person in my company using this piece of software has to do the shame. What is going on?

IT didn't mention anyone else with this issue. However I may be the only one with xi. I will ask around when I'm back in the office on Tuesday.

I have one co-worker with XI 11.0.23 and he hasn't had any problems. I spoke with IT about this again and they mentioned that they would look into it because both of us are using the same key. My copy was purchased at a later date so this may be the issue.

I have the same problem. Individual license and the software asks every day for serial number and registration. It started asking on 2/22/18
