Hello, I have recently lost access to my admin console. Can someone please assist? I tried going to Virtual Assistant but they have not been able to help. Please help!

Hello!

I had access to my admin console before until I had to reassign a license to a different group.

Can you please assist to get my access back?

    Thank you for reaching out. I’m really sorry you’re running into this issue. I can understand how frustrating it is when you’re unable to access the Admin Console.

     

    I looked up your account using the email associated with the account you’ve utilized to post here and can confirm that you’re set up as the Admin for a Creative Cloud complimentary membership. Issues like this can sometimes occur for a variety of reasons, including temporary technical or network-related hiccups.

    Hello Bani,

     

    I have tried. I used to have access to the below: “You now have administrator rights to manage Adobe product licenses for companyname.com.” but not anymore.

    Thanks for the update.

    Could you please confirm if you have tried accessing the Admin Console using an incognito/private browser window and selected the Work/School account option during the profile selection at login?

    Additionally, please let us know whether other administrators are experiencing the same issue or if it is occurring only for your account.
