HELP! All my products disappeared and now I can't access anything

I logged into my account today and it shows zero products but it shows my subscription is still active??!!

 

Adobe PDF Pro, Adobe small biz sign, the entire creative cloud is GONE!  

 

Can anyone help with this?  Because I call support and the line doesn't ring once I go through the first level of the phone system.

do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?

Don't call support, that's not for enterprise/team account issues. Raise a support case using your admin console.
