HELP! Apps have suddenly disappeared from my CCE membership
Hi,
In September 2022, I purchased a 1-year Adobe subscription through my college. They offer official licensces for Adobe for students, so it was an actual legit membership/subsciption plan. However, suddenly today, my account says I no longer have access to Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, etc. and that I can start a free trial. The apps have also disappeared from what's included in my subscription plan on the apps page, even though they used to be in there.
I already logged in again several times to see if that would make a difference, but it does not. What do I do to access these apps again with my subscription? Thank you in advance!
