HELP! I cannot get help to speak with someone about my company's licensing account

Can ANYONE help me with trying to locate help to get access to my company's account? We are on a licensing subsription and no-one knows the login or where to find the information. I need to work out what we are using and who has licences attached to their profiles. I cannot locate ANYWHERE to get help.

We don't have a list of who purchased/when or who was the admin.

 


then you can't establish you own the licenses and that's why adobe shouldn't give you control of those licenses.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I have just started at this company. No-one knows who has the licences or what accounts they are under. I only have licence numbers. Adobe support couldn't help me yesterday.

That doesn't help me. It say I'm in the wrong country and then swaps to a page to buy licences. I don't want to buy licences.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
